Dear Valued Clients,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our Waterloo Sanctuary on December 31st, marking the end of over 26 extraordinary years of service to this wonderful community. The lasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has made it impossible for us to continue operations.
We are immensely grateful for your loyalty and unwavering support throughout the years. Your patronage has transformed our spa into a cherished retreat, and this would not have been possible without our exceptional staff—whose knowledge, skill, and compassion have made every visit special. It has been our privilege to provide a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation for you.
For those who hold gift cards, rest assured that they can be redeemed at any of our other Sanctuary locations below. These locations remain open and ready to welcome you, ensuring you continue to enjoy the care and excellence you’ve come to expect from Sanctuary.
As we reflect on our journey, we are filled with gratitude for the countless memories shared within our spa walls. From moments of tranquility and renewal to celebrations of life’s special occasions, each experience has left an indelible mark on our hearts. We are honored to have been part of your lives and your stories, and we hope those memories bring a smile as we bid farewell to our Waterloo location.
Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. Your trust, support, and connection have meant the world to us. While we say goodbye to this chapter, we look forward to continuing to serve you at our other Sanctuary locations, where the spirit of care and community remains strong.
