Refund/Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return it along with your receipt and a completed Return Form, for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).

Terms and Conditions for Returned Merchandise

Products causing irritation can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Proper Documentation

Your receipt and a completed Return Form with the Return Authorization Number must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Sanctuary International Day Spas to process your refund.

Good Condition:

All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before they can be accepted for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

Sanctuary Day Spas does not offer a return for a discount on final sale items or gift certificate and gift card purchases.
